Setting Up An Account

If you selected Sign up from the previous login page you will be sent to this screen where you can create a new KCM account.
Enter a username, email address, and password.
Verify the image and accept the terms and conditions by clicking on the check box.
Click on the Sign Up button.

Account Confirmation

This screen will appear once you have successfully signed up for your KCM account.

Activation Email

Before you can begin using your KCM account, you will need to activate the account. An email similar to the one above was sent to the address you provided. Click on the secure link contained in the email to activate your account.

Successful Activation

After you click on the activation link contained in the email, you will see this screen. Your account has been successfully activated.

Before you can begin using your KCM subscription, you must complete this form and click on the Submit button located at the bottom of the page.

Once your account is activated, you can login. From this home screen, you will be able to manage various elements of your account.

Edit Personal Information

Selecting Edit Personal Information will take you to this screen. This information is necessary to help ARINC manage your account and communicate with you when necessary. You can edit any of this information.

Last Step

You are now ready to use the KCM Service at the airport.
However, before leaving this page you will want to enter your barcode tag number.
This will help speed up your access at the airport screening point.
Select Barcode Configuration.

Configuring a Barcode Tag

Barcode tags are available at the TSA KCM screening checkpoints at each participating airport. Each barcode tag begins with XA followed by a series of numbers. Enter the numbers from your tag in the space provided.

Your Account Is Now Set Up

You are now ready to use the KCM alternate screening lanes at the airport.
The remainder of this tutorial will explain other features available from your KCM account.

Changing Status - Deactivate

Select Change KCM Status from the home page. This page will then be displayed which allows you to deactivate (or re-activate) your account. You may want to deactivate your account to suspend payments or terminate your use of the service. If you are deactivated for more than 12 consecutive months, all of your data will be deleted.

Changing Status - Activate

Select Change KCM Status from the home page. This page will then be displayed which allows you to re-activate your account.

Changing Personal Information

Select Edit Personal Information from the home page. This page will then be displayed which allows you to edit any of the information you have previously provided to us.

Verifying Employment

Select Verify Employment from the home page. This page will then be displayed which allows you change your employer or simply check to see if your employment verification is working.

Verify Employment - Failed

If your employment verification fails, re-check your Employee ID number. Leading zeroes may need to be added or deleted depending on your airline's system. You can still save your employment information while you check with your airline point of contact.

Change Barcode Configuration

Select Barcode Configuration from the home page. This page will then be displayed which allows you to add or change your barcode tag number. You can also request a barcode tag from the link on this page.

A Submit Feedback link is provided on the home page. Please help us improve the service by providing us with your thoughts. A feedback link is also at the bottom of every page along with a link to the KCM Privacy Statement and the Subscriber Agreement.

KCM History

Once your account is operational and you begin to use the service, you will begin to see your KCM usage history in the left column.
If KCM denied your access at a participating airport, the reason can be seen by hovering over the blue information bubble associated with that transaction.
